Description

This machine is specially designed for the development of four servo glue spraying system for express bag, can be used for recycling material express bag, new material express bag, environmental protection film express bag production.

This machine is suitable for various kind of material such as OPP, PP, PE, POF, POF &PLA FILM, etc.

Features

1.     Human-computer interface, touch screen operation, motion controller, easy operation.

2.     The controller takes synchronous control of the main motor speed, traction speed and unwinding speed.

3.     The material feeding by Servo motor driven with fixed length, 2 pcs of imported photocell for tracking, accurate printing patterns, automatic stop warning when sensor failure.

4.     Main motor, bag-pulling motor and feeding motor are controlled by Delta frequency inverter, easy to operate, reduce power consumption and smooth output.

5.     Special alloy steel knife for express bag, big power, fast heating, firm sealing, smooth welding edge.

6.     Automatic bag stacker is synchronously controlled by touch screen, stepper motor drive, equipped with vibration and manipulator device, automatic counting, can be arbitrarily set the number of stacked sheets, the manipulator will clip out the stacked bags automatically when up to set number.

7.     Folding machine is equipped with Italy photocell sensor, simulating web guiding system, Automatic magnetic powder tension control,pneumatic material loading with air shaft, also equipped with heat pressing device, can prevent the bursting of the folding edge.

8.     With 1 sets of 8kg Hot melt glue device, with the functions of automatic glue breaking, 2 sets of release film gluing device, double gluing guns operation can supply double lines production at the same time.
