Flexo Plate Mounting Machine

Description

TBJ flexo plate mounting machine equips with shaft type or shaft-less printing cylinder loading, CCD camera positioning, flexo plate mounting stations. It is used to mount the flexo plate and resin plate on the printing cylinder fast and correctly.

1. This machine adopts high precision linear guide raids for horizontal positioning; the left and right, up and down position of camera is adjustable, which uses precision screw rod system

2. With magnify zoom lens, high definition CCD camera, and LCD displayer

3. It can individually move the two cameras conveniently, with accurate positioning the cross line.

4. The CCD camera can be adjusted in six direction and the parallelism is adjustable, with high precision of plate mounting and registration.

5. The plate focus adopts micro-adjustment system, so that it can accurately move the plate and correctly contra-pose the datum line; after mounting, it can check the precision directly and assure the plate mounting quality.

6. Motor drives up and down of the printing plate roller.

7. Special pressure plate roller ensures the tight sealing of printing plate and double side adhesive tape.

8. Fast plate mounting and easy operation greatly improve the working efficiency.
