LSJ60 Tearing tape slitting and spooling machine is an unique machine which is used to produce banknote security stripes (hologram tape) and tear tapes (pull-line for packaging boxes or bags, etc). It has advantages of high automation, high production efficiency and high precision. It is the most professional equipment for tear tapes.

1. Cantilevered unwinder, 3” AL alloy air shaft for fast roll changeover.

2. Web guide: high sensitivity ultrasonic web-guiding sensor for material roll EPC web-guiding 

3. Unwind tension: 1.8kw servo motor and driver, PLC tension taper control

4. Splice table: to cut and join the material easier 

5. Motor drive: 1.3kw servo motor and driver.

6. Meter counter: meter accounting wheel pressing on rubber guiding roller

7. Germany BST web guiding for blade system assure high precision cutting.

8. Two group waste rewinding drive by 0.75kw servo motor and driver

9. Rewinder: 60 rewind station separated into two group frame shelf, each rewinder drive by correspond servo motor: 60sets

10. Tension dancing roller 0.1kw independent servo motor driver: 60 sets   

11. Each guiding pulley system reciprocating movement on guild rail drive by servo motor: 60sets

12. Rewind lock: AL alloy material adaptor clamping the paper core.

13. The reciprocating distance and overlapping angle can be set on touch screen.

14. Every 3 rewind station with one 7” touch screen
