Description

Model HQJ-B serial sheet cutting machineequips with pneumatic lifting unwinding system, straight knife cutting system and manual sheet collecting system. It has been applied in cutting of the roll material such as the white cardboard, chrome paper, cultural paper, golden and silver paperboard,location laser paper etc.

Features

1. Main engine frequency for speed adjustment, PLC touch screen control system, auto counter quantity, auto fixed length, auto machine stop when had alarm, auto tension control function.

2. Feeding roll uses auto loading system (150 inch  pneumatic cylinder), 3 inch air shaft (76mm paper tube core)

3. Machine rock uses 10mm thick steel plate with groove steel structure. Bottom of cutting knife uses heavy casting structure, guide rollers uses static balanced aluminum alloy guide roller.

4. Traction drive fixed position uses servo motor system, traction driver roller uses steel structure. Feeding traction way is to move the chain wheel to drag the rubber roller through motor. The receiving platform is normal table.
