ZM-320 rotary/semi-rotary adhesive label die-cutting machine is specifically designed for printed adhesive label die cutting, such as the wine label,daily chemical label, food label, alcohol label, security label, pharmaceutical label, electronic label and oil label etc.It equips with inline UV varnishing,cold stamping,laminating,slitting and rewinding. It has the full rotary or semi-rotary registered die cutting for choice.

Features

1.This machine adopts latest Rexrtoh-Bosch (Germany) servo and control system, including unwinder, web-guider, lamination, register die-cutter, slitter and rewinder.

2.The register die-cutting system is our patent product which can be full rotary or semi-rotary die-cutter according to the production requirement.

3.When semi-rotary die-cutter, the tension among unwinder, web-guider and rewinder will be the same (different from traditional intermittent type), the material will not run away during the die-cut.

4.Semi-rotary die-cutting unit adopts one big magnetic cylinder. If you have different applications, the only job is to change the flexible die.

5.ZM-320 machine has the characteristic of fast speed, super accurate, easy operation, high efficiency and less cost. It’s good for all kind of label die-cutting jobs, including short run to long run.

6.If the job is large quantity, then you can change the magnetic roller accordingly and it will highly increase the die-cutting quality and output.
